Hotel policies

Room reservation

The pictures listed on the presentation pages of the hotel rooms are for informational purposes only and do not represent the style of the reserved room. The hotel reserves the right to choose for you the floor, the position and the style (decoration) of the room depending on the availability from the date of your arrival.

Cancellation/ Payment in Advance

FREE cancellation (no fee will be charged) if the reservation is canceled or modified up to 2 days before the arrival date. If the reservation is canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.

Fees and charges for services:

9% VAT included.

Promotion fee of 2% of the value of accommodation services included

No service charge is applicable.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

La entrada se efectúa entre las 15.00 y las 24.00 horas y la salida entre las 00.00 y las 11.00 horas.

Please let us know your estimated time of arrival in advance by contacting the property directly using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation. If you have not notified the hotel about the delay and do not present yourself for check-in until 00:00, the reservation is automatically canceled and 100% of the reservation value will be charged.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast can be served between 07:00 and 10:00.

Children and Extra Beds

All children are welcome.

All children up to 6 years of age benefit free of charge if they use the existing seats in the room.

All other older children or adults pay 200 RON per night if they use extra beds.

The maximum capacity for extra beds in a room is 1 and can be placed depending on availability.

Any type of extra bed or baby cot is provided upon request and must be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total price and will be paid separately during the stay.

Pets are not allowed.

Payment processing 

After placing an order on our website, you will have to pay for the services you have ordered. To process your card payment, we use third-party payment processors: EuroPayment Services S.R.L. – EuPlatesc.ro

Su pago será tramitado por los medios anteriormente mencionados. El pago también puede efectuarse por transferencia bancaria, orden de pago y cheques vacaciones.
